Abbie launched fundRISING in September 2017 but not until motivated by the inspiration and expertise of her current partners, Brett and Quizaira, did the organization evolve to its current – and awesomely improved - iteration.

Brett folded his private consulting practice into fundRISING in July 2019 and became a founding Principal for the new company. He leads the business development and partner outreach for the firm, and manages a portfolio of clients.
Quizaira Recio

Quizaira joined fundRISING in the summer of 2019 to provide technical and programmatic strategy to nonprofits, and also oversees internal technology and operations. Quizaira is building fundRISING’s collaborative model, recruiting and creating a deep network of experts for the team to turn to for specific needs. She has worked with or closely with both Abbie and Brett at several former organizations.
Christopher Wallace

Christopher serves as a Managing Director and joined fundRISING in the summer of 2021 after working with the team on individual projects for the preceding two years. He is using a love for detail and organization to make life easier for clients.
